Quickly: Expected to return to top performance after missing majority of last season with a foot injury... Enters the fall listed as the starter at middle linebacker. 2006 (So.): Started the first four games before suffering a season-ending foot injury against BYU... Was the team's leading tackler through three games with 27 stops... Had 10 against Utah, nine at Wyoming and eight at Arkansas... Added two stops against BYU before getting hurt... Forced fumbles against Wyoming and Arkansas. 2005 (Fr.): Earned third-team Freshman All-America honors from The Sporting News... Was the third-leading freshman tackler in the NCAA at 7.9 per game... Became the first freshman in school history to lead USU in tackles as he recorded 87 stops... Started all 11 games... Had 7.5 tackles for loss, forced two fumbles and recovered one fumble...
