Earned third-team all-Texas Eastern Conference and honorable mention all-region 14 honors as a sophomore a Paris Junior College in Paris, Texas as he averaged 11.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game... Also shot 52.8 percent from the field, 44.4 percent from three-point range and 84.1 percent from the free throw line... Scored a season-high 27 points against Tyler Community College... During his freshman season he earned honorable mention all-conference honors as he averaged 6.5 points per game... Led the Dragons to a 51-11 record during his two years, including a 37-7 conference mark and back-to-back Texas Eastern Conference Championships.
