PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Defining the north edge of Romney Stadium is a new athletic facility for Utah State University. The facility is organized on three levels that run adjacent to the north end zone. The project includes over 50,000 square feet of services for the University's athletic teams.
The main level of the facility will include: Home and visiting team locker areas; an equipment issue/laundry area for all the University's athletic teams; a sport's medicine area that will include hydro-therapy consisting of two exercise pools with treadmills and hot and cold plunge pools.
A lobby that will function as a gathering space for students will include space for an exhibit on the tradition and rich history of Utah State University Athletics.
The second level includes coach's offices, team meeting areas, and an auditorium. The meeting areas fronting on the playing field will serve as box seating with a covered deck for gatherings during events at Romney Stadium.
